Our rates below include labour to load the material provided our truck has the ability to access the items to be removed easily.
Included in our pricing is 1 hour of labour to hand sort all materials for recycling, re-use as well as general garbage. If labour goes over an hour a surcharge of $65.00 per hour per crew member will be charged.
All full loads have 2200 lbs of weight included in the price or a volume of 18 cubic yards (which ever comes first) and excess weight will be charged out at current disposal / transfer station rates for the type of materials being disposed of.

or pre 1990 must be accompanied by a testing report from an approved facility that shows it to be free and clear of asbestos and other banned material.

If you have no time to get it tested we'd be happy to provide this service for you. All we would need is a sample that contains a section of tape and mud. Price: $100 plus testing fee.
